Recent projects
Troubleshoot power loss to Oven. Found that Oven is receiving power up to appliance electrical whip. Helped unlock Oven door using a piece of copper wire. Advise that an appliance technician take a look at the inside of oven itself. Possible fuse blown.
Replace two 3-way switches for kitchen lights.
Replace ceiling fan in Master Bath. Replace single-pole switch.
Installed new small light fixture & troubleshot outlets.
Installed a new 2-gang nail on box with 2 new duplex outlets. Installed a new 15A AFCI/GFCI Eaton CH breaker to supply our new outlets for the tankless water heater that was currently being installed.
Installed a new duplex outlet above the fireplace for a TV!
Installed a new dedicated GFCI receptacle in the crawlspace for a dehumidifier.
Troubleshoot multiple outlets and HVAC unit. Found Sub-panel in crawl that was not in good condition, which was the cause of the issue.
Replaced front door GFCI receptacle after home was power washed.
Replaced a receptacle box that had sunken into the wall and was just hanging in there.
Old smoke alarms can pose safety risks when they stop functioning properly. We replaced the outdated smoke alarms with new, reliable units, ensuring enhanced safety and compliance with current standards for the residential property.
Replace bad dimmer switch.
Troubleshot garbage disposal not working, installed a new single-pole toggle switch & a new 2-gang cover plate. Installed a new duplex outlet on the 2nd floor.
Inspected NEMA 14-50r EV charger & 50A Eaton BR breaker. Re-wired garbage disposal home run and switch leg that were on the bottom of the cabinet under the sink upon arrival. installed a new single-pole switch & mounted a new 1900 box.
Troubleshot an existing 15A receptacle circuit and identified a standard 15A receptacle being supplied by a 30A 240V circuit breaker.
Took down an old ceiling fan & replaced it with a new small light fixture. Replaced a standard duplex outlet with a new USB outlet. Replaced 2 Eaton CH breakers one 15A & one 20A & installed a new 3-way decora switch.
We repaired a round fixture box that was holding a small chandelier. troubleshot a receptacle with no power.
Trim out for a rough-in we did a few weeks earlier. We put our switch & outlet over plates on, cut in and installed a new TV outlet. Cut in 2 new slim recessed 6” lights over a bathroom vanity.
Installed a new direct wire 60A Lectron Nexus EV charger. Ran 25ft of 6 gauge SEU from the inside panel through the crawlspace to our new EV charger on the side of the house. Installed a new 60A Square D homeline breaker.
On this job we were installing a new 20A dedicated circuit. The panel was located in the garage & our dedicated receptacle was located on the 2nd floor.
